SHOW SUSTAINED 40MPH WITH GUSTS IN THE UPPER 50S. MAKES SENSE TO
HIGHLIGHT WIND ADVISORY AND HIGH WIND WARNING FOR EXTREME NORTHEAST
NEW MEXICO. THE FRONT WILL PLUNGE SOUTH AND WILL REVISIT THE SCENARIO
LATER TONIGHT TO POSSIBLY ADD COUNTIES ACROSS EASTERN AND SOUTHEAST
