* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL CLARK COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEVADA
  THIS INCLUDES INCLUDES THE ENTIRE GREATER LAS VEGAS METRO AREA AS
  WELL AS BOULDER CITY AND THE WESTERN PART OF LAKE MEAD

* UNTIL 100 AM PDT

* THIS IS AN EXTENSION OF THE WARNING ISSUED EARLIER

* AT 1030 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  ANOTHER AREA OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE LAS
  VEGAS VALLEY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. AUTOMATED GAUGES AND
  ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATE THE POTENTIAL FOR RAINFALL AMOUNTS
  OF BETWEEN 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR.

THIS ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL ADD TO RUNOFF FROM EARLIER
STORMS...WORSENING THE FLASH FLOODING ALREADY OCCURRING IN PARTS OF
THE VALLEY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
