CANCELLED. A NEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR MUCH
OF EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. THE NEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN
EFFECT FOR TRIPP COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOxUTH DAKOTA UNTIL 4 AM
