EASTERN OKLAHOMA/NORTHWEST ARKANSAS FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TULSA OK 1050 AM CDT SUN SEP 3 2000 GOING FORECAST LOOKS OK WITH BEST CHANCE FOR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS IN NE ZONES WHERE 700 MB TEMPS ARE SLIGHTLY COOLER AND IN CLOSER VICINITY TO SHORTWAVES MOVING ACROSS NORTHERN MO AND KS. 12Z ETA CONVECTIVE INHIBITIONS ARE LOWEST IN THIS AREA...BUT ALSO LOW ENOUGH OVER MUCH OF THE AREA TO ALLOW AN ISOLATED STORM OR TWO...MUCH LIKE WE SAW YESTERDAY.
