  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH DAMAGING WINDS...OVER SOUTHEASTERN      
  HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY...NEAR LITHIA SPRINGS DRIFTING EAST AT 5 10

REGION...BUT UNLIKE LAST FEW DAYS WINDS VARIABLE AT AROUND 5 KNOTS
FROM SURFACE UP TO ABOUT 300 MB. THIS WOULD INDICATE THAT STORMS
THAT DO DEVELOP TODAY WILL NOT MOVE VERY MUCH AND MAY PRODUCE VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS. WILL ADD LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE
TO ZONES...OTHERWISE REST OF FORECAST LOOKS OKAY.

AS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS...RUC AND CURRENT BUOY DATA INDICATING
A WINDS WILL BE MORE FROM THE SOUTH SO WILL NEED TO BREAK OFF
NORTHERN PORTION AND ADJUST WINDS. OTHERWISE NO OTHER CHANGES
