APPEARS THAT AN ACTIVE AFTN/EVE IS SHAPING UP...ESP ACROSS THE
COASTAL COS FROM TAMPA BAY N.

SHORT RANGE MODELS PINGING ON LOW AND MID LEVEL SE FLOW COMBINING
WITH WEAK H50 SHORT WAVE TO GENERATE DECENT UVVS FIRST IN THE
INTERIOR...SLIDING WNW TO THE COAST BY EVENING. ALREADY...
ACTIVITY FIRING UP ACROSS THE NATURE COAST IN ASSOCIATION WITH
WCSB WHICH HAS MADE INROADS. THE BIGGER ACTION IS ALONG THE ECSB
FROM OSCEOLA THROUGH FLAGLER COS.

EXPECT COVERAGE AND INTENSITY TO INCREASE DURING THE LATE AFTN AND
EARLY EVENING. SSE (160 DEG) STEERING FLOW WILL KEEP CONVECTION
FROM MOVING OFF THE COAST TOO QUICKLY...ESP N...SO EXPECT ACTIVITY
TO CONTINUE INTO THE NIGHT.

FOR THE LONGER TERM...SUBTLE CHANGES IN H50 PATTERN WILL PUT A
SLIGHT DENT IN PCPN POTENTIAL SUN AND MON. AS H50 RIDGE SLIDES OVER
REGION...FLOW IN MID AND UPPER LEVELS BECOMES ENE...INTRODUCING A
BIT OF A CAP AND SOME DRIER AIR. IN ADDITION...A SHORT WAVE WILL
ROTATE WNW OUT OF THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS MON...ALLOWING SOME INCREASE
IN SUBSIDENCE AHEAD OF IT.

THE NGM IS BOLDEST ON HOW MUCH DRY AIR INFILTRATES...AND IS
PROBABLY OVERDONE GIVEN THE TIME OF YEAR AND UNCERTAINTY OF TIMING
OF THE WAVE...WILL GO WITH THE LESS DRY AVN/ETA SOLN.

THE FCST: TONIGHT...WILL GO TSTMS LIKELY (ENDING BY MIDNIGHT) THEN
FAIR N COAST. S COAST...SCT TSTMS ENDING BY MIDNIGHT...AND EARLY
EVE TSTMS INTERIOR. FCST POPS MAY BE A BIT HIGHER THAN THOSE IN
CCF DUE TO TIMING (EXPECT CONDS TO BEGIN TO QUIET AFTER 8 PM).

SUN THROUGH MON...WILL MAINTAIN THE LOW CHC (30 POP) EVERYWHERE FOR
AFTN ACTIVITY AS SFC ECSB A SHADE LIGHTER...AND DROP TO SLGT CHC
INTERIOR COS SUN EVENING AS H85-H70 STEERING FLOW STILL SUGGEST LAST
LICKS WILL BE NEAR THE COAST.

EXTENDED...TUE LOOKS TO BE A BIT MORE ACTIVE AS BAHAMAS SHORT WAVE
TRACKS INTO ERN GULFMEX AND SLOWLY DISSIPATES. WED LOOKS TO MATCH
CLIMO. IN GENERAL...WILL BROAD BRUSH SCT AFTN/EVE TSTMS. FOR
THURS...SUBTLE SHIFT IN H85 WINDS TO SW MAY ALLOW SOME EARLY AM
ACTIVITY ALONG THE COAST FROM TAMPA BAY N. FOR NOW WILL JUST REMOVE
THE AFTN/EVE WORDING.

MARINE: QUIET...(OUTSIDE OF TSTMS)...WITH LGT SE-E FLOW BECOMING
ONSHORE EACH AFTN.

FIRE WX: THE BIGGEST CONCERN REMAINS LIGHTNING STRIKES...BUT
OTHERWISE RH/WIND VALUES WELL ABOVE CRITERIA.
