   SOUTHEASTERN ARKANSAS                           
   NORTHERN LOUISIANA                          
   EAST TEXAS                              

EFFECTIVE THIS WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 145 AM UNTIL 600 AM CST.

HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70
MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 75 STATUTE MILES
NORTH AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 15 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF COLLEGE
STATION TEXAS TO 60 MILES NORTHEAST OF MONROE LOUISIANA.

DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS AS UPPER SYSTEM APPROACHES.  SUFFICIENT
ELEVATED INSTABILITY IS PRESENT FOR THE THREAT OF LARGE HAIL AND
POSSIBLY DAMAGING WINDS IN STRONGER CELLS.
