   CENTRAL AND EASTERN OHIO                               
   WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA                       
   THE PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA                      

EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 615 PM
UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT.

HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70
MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 110 STATUTE MILES
EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 20 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF CLEVELAND
