* AT 1115 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FROM 4 MILES NORTHWEST OF HOBBS TO 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF       
  MCCAULLEY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE DRIFTING OVER  
  CENTRAL AND NORTHERN FISHER COUNTY THROUGH 215 AM CDT.

* RAINFALL TOTALING 2 TO 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THE WARNED AREA...

THE CENTRAL GULF OF CALIFORNIA. AFTER LOW AMPLITUDE SHORTWAVE
RIDGING THIS EVENING...THE UPPER TROF IS EXPECTED TO EJECT ACROSS
FAR WEST TX SATURDAY...WITH ESCALATING MID LEVEL ASCENT OVER WC TX.
OVERALL...PREFER THE SLIGHTLY SLOWER AVN SOLUTION BASED ITS PRESENT

WATER VAPOR CURRENTLY SHOWS A POTENTIALLY DEEPER UPPER TROF DIGGING
OFF THE WEST COAST. THIS TROF IS PROGGED BY THE MRF TO BECOME
POSITIVELY TILTED OVER THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES AND EJECT INTO THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS LATE TUESDAY. THIS POINTS TOWARD A POSSIBLE DRYLINE
THUNDERSTORM EVENT FOR WC TX...AND MAY RESULT IN DRIER LOW LEVELS
FOR MOST OF WC TX ON WEDNESDAY AND THE LATTER HALF OF NEXT WEEK.
