* AT 1023 PM CST...THE SHREVEPORT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
  RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
  22 MILES NORTH OF VIVIAN TO 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF VIVIAN TO 23
  MILES NORTHWEST OF JEFFERSON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE LARGE HAIL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IN 
DIAMETER AND STRONG DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. DO NOT
