  HARRISON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 830 PM EST

* AT 530 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  MORE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING BACK INTO THE FRANKFORT
  AND CYNTHIANA AREAS...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.

* THIS NEW ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY
  CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT 2 TO
  4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED
