  THE WARNED AREA INTO EARLY EVENING.  THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL
  ACROSS AREAS ALREADY EXPERIENCING FLOODING...ADDING TO THE
  PROBLEM.  MANY STREAMS ARE FLOODING...AND MANY ROADS ARE UNDER
  WATER...ESPECIALLY IN SOUTHERN INDIANA.

DON'T DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS! MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
