* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  HARRISON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 545 PM EST

* AT 245 PM EST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH OF
  LEXINGTON... MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.

* NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA OVER THE
  LAST SEVERAL HOURS. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT UP TO TWO
