AHEAD OF NEXT CLUSTER OF TSTMS DEVELOPING IN WRN WV. SOUTHWEST WINDS
CONTINUE EAST OF THE BLUE RIDGE...KEEPING MODERATE SPEED/DIRECTIONAL
SHEAR IN THOSE LOCATIONS. HAVE KEPT ALL BUT FAR WESTERN.NRN COUNTIES
