NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA... SOUTHEASTERN ROANOKE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA... * UNTIL 645 PM EDT. * AT 445 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING ALONG MAGGODEE CREEK IN FRANKLIN COUNTY...AND ALONG HIGHHWAY 220 IN SOUTHEAST ROANOKE COUNTY. LOCATIONS THREATENED BY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH 645 PM EDT INCLUDE NAFF... BOONES MILL... WRIGHT... CLEARBROOK...
