* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT.

* AT 222M EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 4 MILES NORTH OF
  BOONES MILL...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE
  FORMING SOUTHWEST OF THIS STORM AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SAME AREA 
  DURING THE NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS. HEAVIEST RAINS ARE ESTIMATED IN THE  
  HEADWATERS OF PRATER CREEK.

SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
