THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
RANDOLPH COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
* UNTIL 630 PM EDT...
* RECENT HEAVY RAINS HAVE FALLEN OVER THE BEVERLY AREA IN RANDOLPH
COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AS MUCH AS TWO AND ONE HALF AND THREE
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN. A SPOTTER HAS REPORTED THAT FILES CREEK
HAS GONE OUT OF ITS BANKS...AND HAS CLOSED PORTIONS OF ROADS ALONG
IT. AS OF 425 PM...FILES CREEK WAS STILL RISING.
