* UNTIL 1215 PM EDT...

* AT 1009 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN HAD FALLEN AROUND LOUISA.  CREEKS AND STREAMS ARE
  RISING QUICKLY.  POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING IS ALMOST A CERTAINTY.
