* UNTIL 430 PM EDT...

* AT 230 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED 2 TO 2.5
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR BEVERLY SINCE 100 PM.  UP TO AN INCH
OF ADDITIONAL RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 430 PM.  THIS ADDITIONAL
RAIN...PLUS THE RUNOFF FROM THE PREVIOUS RAINS...WILL RESULT IN
FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS IN THE AREA.
