PESKY INSTABILITY TYPE THUNDERSTORMS PULSING NORTHWARD THIS
AFTERNOON.  UPPER LOW WILL MOVE QUICKLY NORTHEAST ACROSS OREGON THIS
EVENING\TONIGHT.  MAIN ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED TO BUILD UP
OVER SOUTHERN OREGON AND LIFT NORTH/NORTHEASTWARD AHEAD OF TROUGH
AXIS.  THEREFORE...WILL ADJUST FORECAST TO REFLECT EVENING
THUNDERSTORMS...OVERNIGHT EASTERN ZONES.  TIMING AND LOCATION OF
THUNDERSTORM INGREDIENTS NOT COMING TOGETHER AS WELL AS INITIALLY
EXPECTED...UPPER JET NOW LOOKS TO BE POSITIONED FARTHER TO OUR
EAST... INSTABILITY WILL SLOWLY WEAKEN DURING THE EVENING
HOURS...LIFT NOT LOOKING AS STRONG BUT STILL SUFFICIENT...TROPICAL
MOISTURE WILL BE SHUNTED EASTWARD BUT MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH LOW
IS BETTER THAN APPEARS ON SATELLITE.  BEHIND THE TROUGH...WESTERLY
FLOW ALOFT WILL DEVELOP OVER REGION.  THIS WILL RETURN AREA TO DRY
CONDITIONS.  FRIDAY WILL BE COOLEST WITH TEMPERATURES NEAR TO
SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL.  SATURDAY WILL START SLOW WARMING TREND.
