JEFFERSON COUNTY IN OHIO CARROLL COUNTY IN OHIO COLUMBIANA COUNTY IN OHIO * UNTIL 1015 PM EDT * AT 406 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT CONTINUES TO FALL OVER THESE COUNTIES.
