* AT 1209 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 4 MILES WEST OF FOREST HILLS...OR ABOUT 9 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF FRANKLIN...MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.
