LANCASTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF LINCOLN SALINE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA SEWARD COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA * UNTIL 915 PM CDT * AT 501 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN AN AREA BETWEEN MILFORD...CRETE...AND DENTON. CRETE REPORTED 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN A SHORT TIME WITH FLOODING OF BUILDINGS IN TOWN. FLASH FLOODING WILL ALSO THREATEN YANKEE HILL STATE RECREATION AREA. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF ADDITIONAL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
