WITH COLD AIR DAMMING ENTRENCHED OVER MOST OF THE CWA. ATMOSPHERE IS FAIRLY STABLE. HOWEVER LATEST LAPS/MSAS ANALYSIS SHOWS WARM FRONT TRYING TO SLOWLY EDGE EASTWARD.
