HENNEPIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA RAMSEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 100 AM CDT * AT 1202 AM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE HAIL OVER GOLDEN VALLEY AND CRYSTAL...OR ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF MINNEAPOLIS.
