NORTHERN DAKOTA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA HENNEPIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA RAMSEY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA * UNTIL 300 AM CDT * AT 1218 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MINNEAPOLIS AND ST.
