NORTHERN AND WESTERN ECTOR COUNTY IN TEXAS SOUTHEASTERN WINKLER COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 915 PM CDT * AT 614 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GOLDSMITH...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE... NORTH COWDEN...NOTREES...AND GOLDSMITH. FLOODING WAS REPORTED ON FM 866...ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF GOLDSMITH BY ECTOR COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT.
