REAGAN COUNTY IN TEXAS UPTON COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 115 AM CDT * AT 930 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NORTHWEST UPTON COUNTY TO SOUTHWEST REAGAN COUNTY...MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE... THE INTERSECTION OF SH 329 AND FM 1492...KING MOUNTAIN...MIDKIFF... NORTH REAGAN FIRE STATION...STILES...BEST...TEXON...RANKIN...
