* AT 918 PM CDT...A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER REPORTED WATER FROM
HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS COVERING ROADWAYS IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN
TERRELL COUNTY.
* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...
THE TERRELL GAS PLANT...DRYDEN AND SANDERSON
THE GROUND IN THIS AREA IS ALREADY SATURATED FROM PREVIOUS RAINS.
