UPPER LOW A LITTLE CLOSER TO ARKANSAS TODAY AND LOOKS LIKE IT MAY REACH
INTO WESTERN ARKANSAS LATE THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY, BUT MAY RETROGRADE AFTER
THAT. BASICALLY LOOKS LIKE LITTLE CHANGE THROUGH FRIDAY. MOISTURE A
LITTLE HIGHER IN THE SOUTH, SO WILL GO A LITTLE HIGHER ON POPS IN
THE SOUTH. OTHERWISE, WILL SEE BASICALLY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WITH MORE COVERAGE IN THE AFTERNOON. POPS WILL GENERALLY
BE 30 BY NIGHT AND 40 BY DAY IN THE NORTH AND 40 BY NIGHT AND 50 BY DAY
IN THE SOUTH WITH HIGHER QPF IN THE SOUTH. WILL GO CLOSE TO PERSISTENCE
