CITY OF HARRISONBURG IN WESTERN VIRGINIA ROCKINGHAM COUNTY IN WESTERN VIRGINIA * UNTIL 730 PM EDT * AT 627 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A FLOODING NEAR COOTES STORE. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. ROUTE 259 WAS CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING. * THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR... TIMBERVILLE AND BROADWAY THROUGH 730 PM EDT DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
