* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN NELSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL VIRGINIA
  SOUTHEASTERN AUGUSTA COUNTY IN WESTERN VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 330 PM EDT

* AT 130 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER SHERANDO.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL EFFECT
   AFTON AND GEORGE WASHINGTON NATIONAL FOREST

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
