AMPLIFICATION OF RETROGRADING TROUGH AT H50 WILL INCREASE
INSTABILITY WITH COLD AIR ADVECTION...SHORT-WAVE PROGRESSIONS AND
VORTICITY ADVECTION TRENDS THROUGH TUESDAY. WILL BE GOING FAIRLY
