AFTERNOON BY AN UPPER LEVEL WEATHER DISTURBANCE MOVING INTO THE
REGION.  SOME COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS AND MOST
WILL MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST.
