KNOX COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 1200 NOON CDT * AT 850 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF KNOX COUNTY. RADAR IS ESTIMATING WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES SINCE AROUND 4 AM. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL ARE CONTINUING TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA.
