THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KNOX COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 900 AM CDT

* AT 715 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAINS CONTINUING OVER MUCH OF KNOX COUNTY. AS MUCH AS 4 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED THIS MORNING.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA
  THIS MORNING. ALTHOUGH THE RAIN IS NOT AS HEAVY AS EARLIER THIS
  MORNING...ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL AGGRAVATE THE FLASH FLOOD
  THREAT.
