AS IT GETS PICKED UP BY THE WESTERLIES. HEIGHTS WILL RISE OVER THE
AREA THIS WEEKEND WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR WARMER TEMPS AND A DECREASING
CHC OF RAIN.
