THE LATEST MESO ETA RUN BACKS OFF CONSIDERABLY ON MESO LOW DEVELOPMENT NEAR THE UPSTATE THIS EVENING...BUT DOES MAINTAIN A SIGNIFICANT SFC TROF ALONG WITH DEEPENING MOISTURE. THE ETA AND AVN ALSO KEEP FORCING OVER THE AREA ASSOC WITH UPPER DIVERGENCE AND WEAK VORT SKIRTING NORTHWARD AROUND THE HIGH FROM THE GULF.
