...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR STRONG GUSTY WINDS
AND SMALL HAIL.  WHILE MOST OF THESE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO MEET
SEVERE STORM CRITERIA...IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A FEW MIGHT REACH SEVERE
LEVELS AS WELL AS PRODUCE LOCALIZED FLOODING.
