SOUTHEASTERN GREELEY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 315 PM MDT * AT 244 PM MDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO OVER SOUTHEASTERN GREELEY COUNTY...OR ABOUT 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF TRIBUNE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE...
