UNSTABLE AS LOW LEVEL MOISTURE SLOWLY RETURNS. THUNDERSTORMS IN NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA ARE EXPECTED TO TURN SOUTHEAST THIS AFTERNOON...AND
EVENTUALLY MOVE ACROSS THE AREA. MORE THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS
