NORTHERN DIXON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA * UNTIL 915 PM CDT * AT 859 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF NEWCASTLE...OR ABOUT 6 MILES WEST OF PONCA...MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
