DIXON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA * UNTIL 830 PM CDT * AT 744 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CONCORD...OR ABOUT 18 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PONCA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
