LOW PRESSURE NORTH INTO SASKATCHEWAN.  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPING AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM OVER SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THIS
AFTERNOON WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND WEST
CENTRAL MINNESOTA BY THIS EVENING.

A FEW STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON INTO THE
EVENING...MAINLY ALONG AND SLOUTH OF I94...ON A LINE FROM VALLEY CITY
TO FARGO AND THEN EAST THROUGH LAKES COUNTRY. THE MAIN THREAT WILL
BE LARGE HAIL WITH THESE STORMS.
