WILL NOT INCLUDE FARGO AREA ATTM AS BEST ACTION WILL BE SOUTH. ABBREVIATED DISCUSSION DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER IN SOUTH CWFA. WK BOUNDARY LOCATED FRON LOW IN WRN SD UP THROUGH FAR SE ND INTO WCNTRL MN.
