CLAY COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA TRAILL COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 1050 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE CASSELTON...WEST FARGO...FARGO MOORHEAD AND GLYNDON AREAS. THUNDERSTORMS ALSO EXTENDED NORTH ALONG INTERSTATE 29 FROM HARWOOD TO HILLSBORO AND MAYVILLE. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OBSERVERS AND AUTOMATED WEATHER STATIONS AROUND THE FARGO MOORHEAD AREA HAVE REPORTED ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN SINCE THE STORMS BEGAN AROUND 7 PM. REPORTS OF STREETS AND UNDERPASSES UNDER SEVERAL FEET OF WATER AROUND THE FARGO AREA HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND MOVE ACROSS THESE AREAS DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
