* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RANSOM COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA
  NORTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1055 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO FORM AND TRACK
  ACROSS PORTIONS OF RANSOM AND NORTHERN RICHLAND COUNTIES. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALLS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IN THESE AREAS. THIS
  WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND POSSIBLE ROAD WASHOUTS.

  CITIES INCLUDED IN THE WARNING ARE LISBON...SHELDON AND
  WALCOTT AS WELL AS THE CHEYENNE NATIONAL GRASSLANDS AREA.

  BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING
