CLAY COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 1055 PM CDT * AT 750 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN...EXTENDING FROM THE FARGO MOORHEAD AREA SOUTH TO THE SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER NEAR HANKINSON. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. WITH THIS DIRECTION OF MOVEMENT...THE WEST FARGO...FARGO AND MOORHEAD AREAS CAN EXPECT MORE THUNDERSTORMS AND HEAVY RAIN THROUGH THE EVENING. * OVER AN INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF CASS AND CLAY COUNTIES WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR AN INCH OR TWO MORE.
