MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN OF UP
TO ONE INCH...FREQUENT AND DANGEROUS LIGHTENING...AND SMALL HAIL.
MOVEMENT WILL BE EAST TO SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.
