THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KERR COUNTY

* UNTIL 9 PM CST

* AT 410 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF 
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY SPREADING EASTWARD ACROSS KERR 
COUNTY.  RAINFALL RATES WILL BE FROM ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR AND 
RAINFALL TOTALS COULD EXCEED 4 INCHES.  LOWLYING AREAS WILL BECOME 
FLOODED AND STREAMS WILL SWELL AS THE HEAVY RAINS FALL.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
